REVISIONS
Up to 4 revisions are free (small changes like details, colors, or pose adjustments).
Major changes after sketch approval will require an additional fee
Deadlines & Communication
Sketch Commissions → 3–7 days (depending on detail).
Illustration Commissions → 1–2 weeks (may take longer if highly detailed).
Rush commissions (with deadlines under 7 days) will require an additional fee depending on complexity and urgency
Note: Deadlines may vary depending on my college schedule, but I will always inform you promptly if there are any changes.
WIPs sent via Discord or Vgen.
Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG via VGEN or Drive link
If the client fails to respond within 48 hours during the commission process, the project may be paused until communication resumes
Usage & Rights
Commissions are for personal use (e.g., profile picture, posting on social media).
Commercial commissions (e.g. book covers, merchandise, promotional use, etc.) will require an additional +50% of the base price
I keep the rights to my artwork, meaning I may post commissions on my portfolio/socials, If you’d like me to post it at a later date (to avoid spoilers for your OC reveal, etc.), please let me know.
If you want your commission to remain private, please tell me beforehand.
Please always credit me when posting my artwork online.
My artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or commercial redistribution
Payment
Payment is upfront.
Work will only begin after full payment is received.
